Kyle has been here before to install a utility sink in our basement. Today he was called to address a leaking water valve for our washer. In addition, prior to his arrival today we noted water leaking into our basement. I believed it was a leaky pipe. Kyle quickly diagnosed it was our a/c air handler. The tray was full of water and the outlet was blocked. He addressed the immediate concern and has referred the issue to the HVAC professionals. My wife and I are grateful for his honesty and professionalism.
