The worst clinic. Irresponsible. They have no interest in the patient, they do not manage the referrals, they do not inform you. And they even manipulate you, they disrespect you And they delay in the treatments they only think about the capitation worse place for the human bean

My doctor is Dr. Betania Reyes and she is excellent, she is interested in the well-being of her patients, she is empathetic, sweet and looks for all the alternatives to help her patients. Also, my mom attends the Wellness Center daily. Since she's been at the Wellness Center, my mother has changed, she seems cheerful, happy. He doesn't want to miss a single day at the Wellness Center and only talks about Vidalie and how much he loves her. He says that Vidalie is just as loving to everyone without exception. Vidalie is a being of light who lives to bring happiness and joy to older adults. Vidalie is interested in the welfare of her elderly and that interest is not limited to working hours because when mommy is sick, that call never fails. He is an angel that God put in the way of my mom and us. Thanks to IMA and thanks Vidalie for so much.

I am happy to be a patient at The Pichardo Clinic/IMA. They always take excellent care of me and my family. My grandma attends everyday the wellness center. Vidalia, the wellness center coordinator, changed my grandmother's life. My grandmother was always sad and depressed. She joined the wellness center and her mood changed and now she is motivated and happy. Vidalie is a kind person and she loves the seniors.
