Garment valet is convenient and reasonably priced; however, when sending clothes to special care they don't get special care. Instead, you receive the clothing with 2-3 pin needles stabbing your clothing and those newly made holes don't close. Overall ok experience (dry-wash-fold) until I received several pieces of clothing with the pins in them.- Extremely dissatisfied with the treatment of special care orders.

Heads up, this place lies about their pricing between drop off and pickup. I mentioned it when picking up and the cashier was very careless and simply stated that the first person didn’t know what they were talking about. Very disappointed for my first time here - I got charged over double what I expected!

Love it, convenient service. Clothes come back neatly folded smelling nice. I only wish they had 24 hours turn around or that you could pick your delivery time slots for when you need earlier time frames. Still, they're more affordable than competitors and when you have time to plan ahead they're great. Highly recommend
