This was a good time to use the self checkout. Customer service is great when you need help. This store in South Bay mall is a great place for all my home needs no matter how small.

I write this review with a heavy hand. I've been waiting in the door department for over 30 minutes and there is no sign of a representative anywhere. Three times, 3X, 3X, over the intercom, ext. 676, I requested customer assistance. Nothing. Why Is this the case in an area serving 02119? For more than 20 years, I believed in this store. What has happened?

It was an absolutely delightful experience shopping @ Home Depot this evening. The lovely young gentlemen in the paint dept. was an absolute "God Send". He went above & beyond in assisting me with the paint I needed to purchase. He also mixed the colors that I wanted. He was so kind & helpful & an absolute pleasure to interact with. Give him a BONUS!!

Challenging experience purchasing a washer dryer from this location. First I ordered just a dryer but they could not deliver to my basement, I tried to refuse the delivery but the drivers would not take it back to store because they discarded the boxes. Took 4 weeks and 3 supervisors to get it resolved. I ended up purchasing a stackable washer dryer. They forgot the stacking kit. Then they realized it was back ordered. Then they promised they would reach out to me when they came back in stock. No one Contacted me but someone canceled the order without connecting with me first. Now I have to go to the store to pick up the stackable kit and schedule my own re installation.

They sell sharpening stones and files,for the chisels. I know they rent all types of tools and equipment, I'll try to find out on my next visit

They don't have much on the commercial side of framing. They do have the metal studs but I believe they are in a 10' length.
