There name should be changed from pep boys to the wait-boys because that’s the process for everything here. If you come here just know your not getting whatever needs to be done finished until the end of the day regardless if you get their once they open. This place is literally garbage and so is the customer service. Kal and Richard are both the worst reps here and they need to be replaced seriously. It’s like pinky and the brain with them two. But neither one of them seem smart at. Your better trying your luck at more local tire shop

Yes, it’s a Pep Boys Tire and Service Center with mechanics for your car but you can’t just buy parts or products for self-service here.
It’s not closing. It is open for an oil change, repairs and for new tires but you can’t buy parts or products directly for self-service.
Glass up every where masked employees and good people there

It all depends on the diagnostic needed . Be sure to call and explain what the issue is in order to receive the accurate services and prices .
