Really great experience! Wandered in at 4 PM on a Saturday expecting to purchase 1 or 2 rugs. Christina spent some time with my wife and I to understand our home, our individual design aesthetics and our budget. And, she somehow managed to to identify the overlap in those conflicting requirements. We went through two stacks down stairs and one upstairs and she guided us through the stacks with her phenomenal memory and knowledge of the rugs and guided us to the perfect !!4!! rugs for our home. She is really insightful, customer focused, personable and would probably make a great therapist. She listens and helps you figure out what you want. And I am certain that we would not have purchased so many great rugs at this time were it not for her great insight. And no pressure. She just figured out what would delight us and showed it to us. Great selection and Maurice made a great deal for us.. Very nicely done!
