I am new to the Hartford area and I’ve been to this establishment a few times since coming here. Today I went in and there were three employees up front and one of them was cleaning. There were no other customers inside the store and two of them walked off and started doing something else and didn’t ask if I need help or anything. The after a while the one that was cleaning up stopped and served me. While she served me the other two employees came from the back and started doing things up front. The was an a couple that walked in and they spoke to them an welcomed them and asked if they needed help right away after I had to stand there for a while for help. I am African American, the couple that walked in were Caucasian as were the employees that walked away and didn’t help me. Very disappointed

The place was understaffed for the amount of people being served. The line was out the door. The ice cream was consistent with Ben & Jerry's typical quality.
