Yes, you are allowed to have a roommate. They must fill out an application, pay the $35.00 application fee and we will complete full credit and criminal background screening. Once the roommate is approved, they will need to be added to the current lease agreement and sign the updated lease.
You are not allowed to sublet your apartment. Management will be able to give you different options if you are interested in finding a new roommate or need to break your current lease agreement.
Once your application has been approved, the lease agreement has been signed and proof of renters insurance has been received, we are able to set up a time to give you the keys to your new home!
Yes! We are a pet-friendly community. We allow cats and dogs up to 100 lbs, but we have some breed restrictions on dogs.
We have a 5 day grace period. If rent is received after the 5th, you will be charged a $50 late fee.
Once we receive your online application along with a copy of your photo ID and copy of paystubs we are able to receive the approval back within 24-48 hours.
The amenities at Gallatin include underground heated parking, secured package room, fitness center, and a private clubroom
We do require renters insurance. You will need to provide a copy of your renters' insurance policy prior to receiving keys for your new home.
Your gross income must be 2.5 – 3x times the monthly rent amount to qualify.
Yes, underground heating parking is available. Single space parking is $100/month and tandem parking is $175/month.
Residents are responsible for paying for gas, electricity, water/sewer, and cable.
With approved credit, the security deposit is $500.00.
