If you have united healthcare or another insurance program you may be able to get a free membership. Its called silver sneakers, silver & fit etc. They have a variety of programs. I would start there first. Otherwise the pricing varies from location to location. Prices start at $29 and go up to and above $45/month depending on the club and option you choose.
There is no couples monthly. Only individual.
