They low key ripped me off. I froze my membership bc of an injury and I was running out of time to use credits. They did not adequately explain to me how unfreezing my membership worked and before I knew it I have two days to use three credits. I told them I wanted to cancel and then of course they got all concerned and kept trying to get me to downgrade my membership instead. One of the trainers told me she would give me extra classes for my last month of membership which never happened. I paid for my last month of membership on June 22nd, it’s now July 20th and ALL MY CREDITS THAT I HAD LEFT ARE GONE. I should’ve had two more days to use them so I’m not sure what’s going on here. Also I have to say the class times are terrible for someone who works a regular 8-5. Only classes available after 5pm are 5:30 or 6:45 so you’re either going to be rushing from work to make it or getting done with the workout around 8pm which imo is way too late. And even worse, they haven’t had as much of a consistent schedule with classes lately and the 6:45 classes are no longer always available. I wish there was a 6pm class— that would be perfect. Guess it doesn’t matter though cause I’m never going back lol.

The coaches are so fantastic and motivating. The variety of class times is helpful for me as I do not have consistent childcare. The other members are friendly, but it’s not social hour like I have found other gyms. Everyone is focused on fitness. 10/10

If you’ve already been doing Orangetheory and become pregnant, check with your doctor first. Our heart rate monitoring is a perfect way to keep an eye on your intensity as you progress through your pregnancy. If you are a few months into your pregnancy and haven’t been doing any sort of fitness training, wait until after you have your baby and we can help get you back into shape!

Orangetheory is a 1-hour, full body workout, focused on training to build endurance, strength and power. We use heart rate-based interval training, which burns more calories post-workout than traditional exercise. When wearing our heart rate monitors, your real-time results are displayed on large screens throughout the studio. Intensity is based on your individual heart rate zones, making the workout effective for all fitness levels. To top it off, our fitness coaches lead the workout to prevent you from overtraining or undertraining.
