When booking appt ask them for specific therapists that can do what you want. Not all therapists are the same. If you want deep tissue or trigger point, ask for someone that specializes in that. I find that being specific will give you better results so that you don't just get a relaxing all over massage. The tables are heated and can become uncomfortable. You can ask to have the heat turned off. The back round music.. there is over head relaxing sounds coming out. Then in the room you hear that combined with water fall or ocean sounds. It can be too much at times. Again, you can ask to have it turned off. I see they have cbd infused oils now. I haven't tried it yet, and I do not know if there is an upcharge for that.

The massage therapist was excellent. My initial appointment was booked out a bit, not uncommon in my experience right now. I called mid week to see if there was any cancellations and was able to get in within a few days because of it. Would highly recommend. Very relaxing and enjoyable experience from start to finish.

Hi Esther, The cost for a 1 hour massage is $109.
We don't directly work with insurance companies but you can contact your insurance company to see if they would cover massages. We're always able to print out receipts and invoices if they plan on reimbursing you.
We're often booked up and walk-ins are often hard to come by. We recommend calling the studio to see what we have available!
