I went to visit my Mom, I was greeted at the door and then we signed in at kiosk. As my husband and I walked down the hallway we noticed how well lit the place was, not dark n gloomy as some are. Erica, who was taking great care of Mom was amazing! Kind, attentive and just a loving person. Mom said food was ok, but then forgot what she had…So take that as far as you want… lol. In general the place was clean, good lighting, and the Nurses and PA’s are doing a great job, They are true HERO’S!!… but could probably use some more help. Hope this helps others a little…:)

You need air freshener. Thank you for nursing my Mom back to health with nutrition foods and care

Very under staffed and poorly managed, there is a few really good nurses and aides, need to also improve on cleanliness

Every employee, nurse, laundry personnel, front desk were welcoming and sincere. My friend at the facility echoes my sentiments

The phone is answered during day from the receptionist but if she has to transfer to other departments that is when it might go to voice mail
Situations may have changed recently due to Covid restrictions, which by the way, they seem to have a good handle on; and it would depend largely on the needs of the individual. Many prior to Covid had a 2 person 2bed room and shared a restroom however others who needed more private care had their own facilities.
Hi Linda - Please reach out to our Admissions team to discuss bed availability and they can help assist you.
I would suggest visiting their employment office.the receptionist could direct you. Have your credentials ready and good luck to you.
Yes, we have longterm residents.
I would vary my visitation hours. During the early morning until about 11A.M.there seems to be lots of activity.the nurses and CNA',s are bustling about doling out morning meds, dressing residents and getting them off to breakfast and an activity. After lunch seems to be a quieter time. You might be fortunate enough to secure a parking spot closer to the front of the building by then.
Yes
