The store was clean, but the associates' attitudes and customer service skills were all equally trash.... Respectfully. No one greeted us when we entered and no one asked if we needed any assistance while shopping. Upon leaving, there were 3 people in line who were all waiting to be serviced while the associates continued to stock the shelves as if they weren't even there. At this rate, I'd be surprised if they're still open in the next few years.

Literally just left the store after the manger harassed me and my friend for looking around the store. We literally had a whole hour left but he kept commenting on us, by saying “you guys been here for a long time you have to take a lunch break”, then proceeds to saying loudly “I’m going to help these girls over here” when we never asked for help in the first place. There were other people in the store but he kept commenting on us and us being there looking for shoes. I don’t know what his problem was but we paid for our shoes and got the hell out of there. It’s sad that we couldn’t even fully enjoy the time shopping there when we weren’t even there for long and we felt rushed the whole time and not welcomed at all.

I like shoe carnival. You have a great selection quite a few sales if you subscribe to their email. Plenty of places to sit down to try on shoes. If you can't find what you like in the store you can go online and purchase and have it shipped to the store.

I like the selection. None of the shoes quite fit right but there was a floor associate that was extremely rude. I was looking at shoes where the lady was tidying up. I can understand you want to but personally I'd wait until all the customers were done b4 you did. And when I was there for a little cuz im off work, she commented she's still there like really. I'll go elsewhere where people are pleasant.
