Yesterday I had a horrible customer service from the manger who said she won’t be taking my return after being in the ligne for more then 30 minutes . And I had to wait again for another associate to come back from her break the manger completely refuse to handle her job .Also she pretends that she is going to call WCPD 🧐for me because I was waiting for more the 30 minutes in the ligne and didn’t get the help i needed .she ignored me completely 🤷‍♀️🙃🙃🙃 by change other register 🤨🤨🤨. I wasn’t able to express how made I was yesterday but thank you for being rude and disrespectful.

This Ross was decent, they had a little better selection then others and parking was easy because they have their own parking lot

Staff and agent who helped me at the register was very nice. Walking in, I was happy to see they had wipes to sanitize their carts. I also felt their store was quite organized considering how much foot traffic they get. Definitely one of the best Ross' I've been too.

Great items but not service oriented..lady sitting in back of dsg room and didn't answer When I called needed the code for the bathroom and she totally ignored me and my husband not a lot of people don't help you but we understand that it's Ross the lady at the front giving orientation was very good the cashiers were also good I
