Awful service, staff kept shouting at customers to use the kiosk instead of ordering at the register, they kept locking the door to try to prevent people from coming in. And service was slow. I watched 3 people walk in and leave in the time it took me to get a coffee.

Rude Rude Rude. Miserable and rude. I order the same drink several times a week but I’ve never been to this location before. They put so much coconut milk in it you could tell from the color — I just asked that they put more of the mango/pineapple juice because it was too much coconut milk and they said “that’s how it comes” and I advised that I order it regularly and it never looks that light. I ASKED THAT YOU ADD MORE JUICE — I’m not arguing about it. The girl was so rude it was disgusting. She said “I’ve never seen you before” … there’s thousands of DD nationwide, yours is the only location? I’ve ordered the same drink multiple locations and it never looked that way instead of just doing what I asked she argued with me about it. Grow up and find a new job if you hate it so much.

Horrible horrible horrible customer service. THEY ALL HAVE NASTY ATTITUDES. THEY DONT FOLLOW PROMO . I DID NOT RECEIVE MY FREE DONUT WITH MY COFFE . I ALSO DIDNT RECEIVE MY FREE COFFEE ON WEDNESDAY LAST MONTH not only that this place is horribly managed . It's almost like they went to the gutter to find the most trashy people to hire . They wear PAJAMAS to work IT SMELLS LIKE 420 . Great location. Horrible employees and management
