We pulled up at 7:30pm to find an empty parking lot with 3 BK employees hanging out outside of the restaurant by the front door. As we got out and headed toward the door, two employees returned back inside and the third, didn't move from leaning on the trash can. As we reached for the front door, the employee, still wearing the drive thru headphones, said to us without taking her eyes off her phone, "They're closed. They don't have anyone making the food." Not sure what she mumbled, we asked again and she answered with the same sentence, and again, without looking away from her phone.

Jackass worker acted rude to me after I just repeated what I want calmly because they get it wrong if you don’t clarify. Had a line of 10 mins for only two cars infringe of me. Even after the line cleared, they made us wait 5 mins before accepting our order. Bread was extremely stale

Extremely bad service.They messed up my order. When I tried to get it fixed they ignored me. I had to bang on the window of the drive thru to get someone to even acknowledge me. Then they had the nerve to tell me I shouldn't be knocking on the window like that and I needed to calm down. They heard me and chose to ignore me since they were shaking their heads and refusing to turn around. It took them two seconds to fix when they decided to do their jobs.

Just was sitting at drive thru speaker for 11 mins waiting to order and the woman on the speaker kept saying “give me one moment” when there was NO ONE in line before me or after me. GHETTO. On 2/24/22 at 10:40 pm. Are your employees SLEEP at the job !?
