WOW WOW WOW!!!!! I AM DOING THIS REVIEW IN CAPITAL LETTERS BECAUSE SERVICE WAS GREAT. MY GOODNESS WHAT A SERVICE I HAD A YOUNG LADY THAT HELP ME AND GUIDE ME THROUGH OUT THE PROCESS SUPER NICE AND WELL EDUCATED I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE CLEAN AND EVERYTHING LOVE IT!!!!!.

Just reviewing the staff and facilities. Above-average laundromat, the machines are well kept and the property is kept clean. This place is well run and well cared for. Staffing is on-site during business hours and while they are busy, they are also responsive. If you are in a hurry treat yourself to their Wash and Fold service.

Clothes didn't smell clean after being laundered. One dryer was not giving much heat and left clothes humid. It will probably be the last time we go there.

We've been having Big Wave do laundry for us for a couple of years. They're great and affordable. Would recommend.
