The rooms are extremely dated and just feel dirty. AC is very loud. Bathroom is small and feels like a locker room. Trying to take a shower was very unpleasant. The water pressure is too high and the drain too slow, so water immediately begins pooling. The shower is small and water will splash all over the bathroom unless the shower head is directed towards the shower wall. The complimentary toiletries are horrible quality and a tiny size, although I'm not sure if the hotel has any control over that? The lighting in the room is bad and the window in my room was small, don't plan to do any work in here if that's an issue for you. I didn't get any info about the restaurant when I checked in and they have no information anywhere online. Couldn't sleep due to loud neighbors on my second night, yelling and slamming their door. Breakfast menu is too limited and overpriced. The good: the four large pillows were lovely and the gym has everything I needed.

Got surprised by $19 dollar per night parking fees at the hotel. Also, no complimentary breakfast despite resort fees. Pretty annoying for how expensive it is Room was nice, restaurant was good, fitness center was good. Close proximity to a lot of restaurants and shops. Probably will not stay again

The shower did not work, and we told the front desk in the morning. Being former hotel workers we were shocked when they didn't offer any solution. Just thanked us for letting them know...a working shower would have been nice. Also had a longer than necessary check in process, the agent also added a parking charge when we said we didn't have a car. Also, the hot tub was not clean and working when we visited, no signs or mention of it being closed....just a few plants blocking the murky water. The hotel is run down in terms of facilities, it's sad because it's a perfect location.

First off the staff members were all very welcoming and kind. Specifically Shani and Mierna we’re great! Room was clean. Also anything we needed staff was on top of it making sure we got everything we needed. Definitely my favorite place to stay when I visit concord.

The bar is open until 12 Midnight. And the DJ's there Thursday nights from 9 PM-12 AM.

It's a Hilton, so you can expect a higher level of awareness to guest preferences.

Like any other Hotel you can either pay at the time of service or charge it to your room. We've done both.
If you are a registered guest there is no charge for parking with your room key.
They have a shuttle and there is the BART train.
Free for honors members, but you could ask nicely and they might just give it to you
Yes it is pet friendly $50.00 deposit. Never had a problem staying there. Great rooms.
