Justin in the snack bar is the best ! I was expecting to pay for my snacks with Apple Pay using my phone but upon getting to the register Justin notified me that they got a new system and Apple Pay wasnβt available just yet. I didnβt bring my wallet with me so I had to think fast because the line was out the door. Justin kindly let me know that I could go get my wallet and come back and he would watch my snacks and help me . I ran all the way back to my car and came back just for him to do just that ! He was so patient with me definitely made my first drive in experience enjoyable ! Keep up the good work Justin

1st time in years I've been to the Drive in. Overall had a great time staff was friendly at entrance and snack bar. Only negative was other movie goers. Alot of people with SUVs like to back in and leave the rear hatch open witch blocks the view of the people behind them. Overall a great time and I will definitely be going back!

What a wonderful movie experience. Great view of the screen, radio station was super clear and staff was very kind and accommodating. The people there were nice as well for us who have cars that wonβt turn all lights off to play the radio- sorry everyone else ππ₯°. Will definitely be back for the next movie I want to see.

I cannot remember the exact fee but I do know it was less than $10 a head... Might have been only $10 a car... You can bring food in an ice chest you can bring all that all your comforts you can even bring an animal they don't mind they let you sneak them in. ;D
I think so. We always bring our dogs but never let them out of the car. They never bark either, or someone might complain. I've seen others do it too.
If you go with me it's free. Lol π. It's Like 6/7 bucks you get your own privacy and sound system from your car good times.
I went at 10:45 last night, safe to say i got my nachos at 11pm :) hope that helps
You can sit in the back. You can also put out chairs and sit within your parking spot.
Don't
20-30 minutes, I would get snacks 10 minutes before the movie starts
Get there a good 20 minutes early the parking fills up fast. Also if you buy tickets online first you can go into a faster line all the way to the left, saves time.
No its not
You should check the schedule because it varies. Usually the first movie starts a little before 9 PM. The doors open 1 hour before showtime on Sunday to Thursday, and 2 hours before showtime Friday and Saturday.
It always good to be aware of other moviegoers so you are not blocking their view. But I would say first come first serve.
Yes, that's how it works...
Not that I am aware of as you get the audio over the radio I don't know how they could do this without having captions on the actual screen
Don't think so. I have never seen in in the year i've lived here. *UPDATE* - Yes! If Double Feature!
It is $8 per adult, $1.50 per child ages 5-11, and children 4 and under are free. So... $17.50 for entrance plus whatever you may want to purchase at the concessions. https://www.westwinddi.com/
One hour early should suffice.
This is a drive-in movie theatre where they hold a flea market during the day on the weekends.
Popcorn is definitely good...lol My kids loved the hot dogs but of course their kids and they like almost anything... I still think its a great place to see a movie but i think if u want great food u should bring it with u....
Mabye,check on there website
I had to speak with the manager at the location. But i think there is an option online
Good question. You could screen shot the page screen when you bought them or check spam email. If not that google the drive in # and call. They were responsive the last time i had an issue. Online tickets have thier own lane at the drive in
1 hr prior
Yes they are open all weekends
Its still $25 to rent a space for the flea market.
Yes
Only when they are open.... After 6pm most days...
Las time I paid $8.50 per person and is not double feature, yes is open today
Hello olvia The movies that are playing are Let him go ,come play ,the war with grand pa and alot more. Hooe you havea good time at the movies
Yes it's open and ready for business. Check their website for showtimes.
No
If you can wear it only with its strap
Saturday and Sunday
I saw popcorn and ice cream novelties.
$8.25 per person for the double feature
Only on premises but there's tons of space and great spots for a good view :-)
Thank you. I came to check it out and it is open. π
Website lists days and hours since they constantly change
You can, but you just need to know how to tune into the radio station that they tell you on your phone.
Just for future reference people that give reviews dont work for google or the places that we review. We are simply people just like you. Google allows anyone to give reviews. Even you can give a review. So poeple like me do it alot because after a lot of reviews u get perks. I do it because ive lived here for 47 years an i like to share with people all the great places i know. And like the one person said you just need to go yo there website for that kind of imformation. Almost all business have web page's and that were u can find most all the things they do. Hope you have a great b-day π there its a great idea
Thursday 7:00 am-3:00pm Saturday 6:00 am -3: 00pm Sunday 6:00 am- 4:00 pm
I'm confused. You mean they double charge you? Is that even legal?
That is not their policy and not how I've experienced it. You have every right to stay for the next movie and they have not asked me to repay, I'm a frequent patron.
Agreed. Newer movies are rotated regularly. Only 2 screens so not a huge variety but they have double feature nights.
Try also San Jose :)
When I was a teenager, I went here without adults as long as movie was pg
Best bet is to check their site. West Wind Drive-inn Concord. But...Usually there are a total of 4 movies. 2 on each screen. Play one then the next...but... if the movie is popular enough they'll only play that movie. Like.. Endgame was on both screens last time we went. They played it back 2 back on each screen (beginning at different times) Hope that helps
Not normally, only special showings
No is so many kids
No that's not even the reason they play the same two movies for like 3 weeks straight almost a month they could switch some movies up on different days everything is possible I like the place looks nice the only problem is the same old movies meaning the subway Sacramento has a bunch of Screams and the play all those movies they could do the same over here and just play Los Movies on different days that should make more sense
How to train your Dragon and Isn't romantic on the other side madea family funeral and happy death day 2u
Jihn green has it down!!!! Exactly correct! Good job so$24 for 3 adults
They do
https://www.westwinddi.com/drive-in-events That link will show you the flea market dates. It shows Sundays only but check that link site because you never know when it could change for some crazy reason. π
Guide dogs only .. no personal pets .. there are signs at the entrance ..
Solano Drive In is really good about keeping their website current.
Yep two movies like Marcello says. Two separate drive in theaters. Don't know if they're double features though
There is a gate so yea But change your radio
May 11th
Cash only but there is an atm at the snack shop
Sunday is 25 dollars and Saturday it 10 - 15 depends on who is at the gate
No
Last time I was there I saw a sign posted saying no. They do have roving security - and it is a family kind of place - lots of kids.
On weekends yes. In summer yes. Not sure on the other seasons. Normally double features when we have gone.
For apps, you would need to use your phone's built in app for the radio. That's if it comes with an app. The reason is because the theater broadcasts from the main building so people cant sit outside the fence and get crystal clear quality and be able to still see the screen.
I don't think so but if a person could why pay to get in I would just park my car on the outside and kick back an enjoy.hey that's just me.
As of 9/14/2017, 7.95 general admission, 1.25 for kids 5-11, 4 snd under free. Tuesday night is 5.25
I've seen people bring tailgating setups so potentially yes.
