The food is really good overall and you can customize your toppings. Lunchtime can be really busy and they seem to prioritize the online orders over the people in line so plan ahead.

I’ve noticed that they have been skimping on the cheese on my last several pickup orders. I don’t know if they’re intentionally doing it to save money, but there was hardly any cheese on my pizzas, and I typically ask for 3 different types (I’ve ordered at least once a week for a couple of months or so). In the end I got a very saucy pizza crust with toppings and *very* sparing amounts of cheese. I know that they are better than this because I’ve enjoyed their pizzas before, but now it appears they might be trying to improve their profit margins per pizza by cutting on ingredients. The result is a very mediocre / subpar pizza that I don’t want to order again. To be clear, this does not appear to be a one-off experience because it’s happened on my last 3-4 orders.

First time customer. Ordered online and selected create your own pizza option. Went with default choice of the crust and that was a mistake because pizza came out with almost as thick as tortilla bread. But they are nice people when I complained that it was not filling and I was not aware the default crust is thin instead of regular they agreed to redo my order.

Plenty of toppings that you can choose, fresh ingredients, and nice employees. Crispy thin pizza crust and their lemonade were perfect.
