I had a door made here many many years ago and all went well back then. Recently the glass blew so I brought to be fixed. They said 2 weeeks. I called a month later when I hadn’t heard back. The woman said 2 more. Literally another month went by and no word. I called and asked if It could please be done before thanksgiving and the woman got angry with me!!!! The man or owner called me back and literally word for word said “ Obviously I cant get this door fixed fast enough for you so come get it,,,click” he just hung up!!!! I was there 10 minutes later and the door was still sitting on the floor exactly where I left it!!! I grabbed it and said “ thanks for nothing” the woman came after me out the door yelling at me and i saw the man run up the stairs to hide!! I almost thought she wanted to fight. It was comical. These are not nice people. I was nothing but patient.

I purchased a glass yesterday for my wood stove insert and the glass broke this morning when I lit a fire, I called to see what can be done about it and I was told I don’t know what to tell you by Alison who works there I would not recommend this company at all, nor do business with these folks stick to somebody who understands their profession better this is not the way Locals should be treated
