I had a fantastic experience with Max! He helped me and my fiance find our new vehicle. We knew we wanted a Subaru but we weren't exactly sure which model we wanted. Max allowed us to test drive the Outback and Forester to see which one we liked the most. Once we figured out that we enjoyed the Forester more he showed us and let us test drive the Forester Wilderness edition and we absolutely loved it! We decided to go with the wilderness and Max made it possible for us to car shop and take the car home the same day. I highly recommend Copeland Subaru to anyone who's looking for a car!

Three great things about these guys: 1) Unlike other dealers they are not charging a "market adjustment" but instead are selling to Cape locals at MSRP. I was infuriated to discover that the dealer where I'd bought my last two Subarus--Cityside Subaru in Belmont, MA--were charging $5,000.00 above MSRP as such an adjustment. Let's call it what it is: price gouging. 2) The car arrived on Copeland's lot ahead of when they said it would. When you buy in today's market you've to make a $1,000 downpayment on a vehicle before the dealer has possession of it. This struck me as fraught with the potential for making the payment but then being strung along with a series of "eh, not this week ... should be here next week". There was none of that. In fact, it arrived the middle of the week prior to one I'd been told to expect it in. 3) The people at Copeland were knowledgeable, prepared, and easy to deal with. I was kinda cranky about the whole thing so this wasn't easy for them. But Caitlin Eldredge patiently talked me through the build up of the MSRP for the particular vehicle I was looking at; Justin Phillips found a way that I could buy the car and yet visit the dealership only once (to pick it up; I live an hour away); and Brittany Calle had all the paperwork correct, lined up, and ready for me to sign so that, when I went to pick up the care, I was in-and-out in ten minutes. Thank you guys! And, Justin, hope the leg is better soon.
