We've been bringing our children here for about 10 years now since our first daughter was born. Up until about five years ago this place was amazing. Since then it's horrifying how badly they've gotten. They could care less about patients and take on as many patients as possible and constantly overbooked. The physical appointments need to be booked extremely far in advance, in which almost yearly they are canceled and recheduled by the provider to the point it doesn't align with school obligations. In the event you have an emergency such as high fever or swollen lyphnoids, I basically had to yell to even get them to give our kids an appointment. The turnover rate of providers is absurd and we are constantly finding they've switched our provider without us knowing. I would have 100% recommended this pediatric office 5+ years ago. Now I just find them to be money hungry and shameful. I would give them a zero if possible and will be switching pediatricians.- 12/18 UPDATE: NOW OVER A WEEK LATER, KIDS ARE BACK IN SCHOOL, PARENTS WORKING, TEAVELING OUT OF ATATE HAS HAPPENED AND THEY LEGIT JUST CALLED ME TO TELL ME OUR DAUGHTERS COVID TESTS QERE NEGATIVE! OVER A WEEK LATER! GREAT JOB GUYS!

Editing this as I inquired charges from completing a questionnaire they requested I fill out. There was never a warning. Be careful as it is a substantial charge for questions that can be easily asked in the course of the physical. Billings tone was rude and dismissive.

Have been with MV pediatrics for 11+ years with my 3 daughters, even after a move further down route 3, the relationship we have formed with all the nurses and doctors has been so wonderful we still make the hike. Barbara Heally is outstanding, understanding, compassionate, extremely knowledgeable, so grateful to her for getting us through some of the hardest years when they were little and now transitioning into the next phase of tweens. Dr Vonnegut was one of the first doctors we saw with my first daughter who was low birth weight and I remember being a scared/ worries new parent when I walked into his office for that first appointment and walking out of that office shortly after feeling confident and happy because he put my husband and I at ease. Dr Davis, Dr Kelly, the nurses who troubleshoot calls to the front desk, we couldn’t have asked for a better group of people to handle our children’s medical needs. Thank you!

We have been with MV Pediatrics for almost 10 yrs. Barbara Healey is amazing, as well as Dr Kelly. We have seen most of the other physicians during sick visits and have had consistently good communication. The nurses are the best. They are always kind & have great attitudes. They are all responsive, and knowledgeable regarding our concerns. The office staff are usually pleasant and helpful when it comes to any forms and/or appointments, as well. Consistency & communication are a huge part of why we love it here.

If she is a patient here and it is urgent, she can call (maybe borrow a phone) and speak to the provider on call. If it is not urgent, she can call during regular business hours.

coming here for a 15 year old physical dose anyone know if the give a breast and or a pelvic exam?
