We stayed in 3 different spots over 3 months in an RV. The kids loved it, very family friendly. We didn't have any issues while we stayed, our kids played in the creek, rode bikes and loved the game room! WiFi is decent in some spots , but you're camping get off your phone! Owners were friendly and helpful.

Great small campground with lots to do quiet and clean

We desperately needed a campground last minute as we lost a part for our generator so our plan to dry camp hit a snag. My wife found this place so we went here. It's fine for a single night, but I'd never spend more than a day here. The "heated" pool is not heated, unless you count being heated by the sun. The posted temperature was 79. That's not heated. The game room was a joke. The wifi didn't work. The best part was the "muscle" they sent out to collect because they still conduct business like it's the 80's and only take cash or check. Neither of which we usually carry. So I dropped off the trailer and drove the 20 mile round trip to get cash. As soon as I got back the rude, old guy was waiting to demand payment. Relax old guy, I'm not trying to steal $60 from you. Sites were tiny, and the whole area was basically a giant gravel parking lot. People had to sit out front of their camper cause there was hardly any space between them to sit. The funny part which I have to mention, is that they took my credit card to hold the spot, but for some reason they're unable to run that credit card to pay for the spot. Makes no sense. I could've tolerated all of it, were it not for the obnoxious guy acting like I was trying to steal a space.

Not sure on the yearly rate.It is full hook up though.You will have a power meter,you will have to pay monthly. The owners are excellent people!!

The pool is included if it is still open (they may close it around Labor Day, you would have to call to check). Here are the prices on their website that they have listed: Tent site with water $39.00. Tent site with water and power $44.00. RV site with water and 30 amp power $46.00. RV site with water, 30 amp power and sewer connection $49.00. Add $8.00 for 50 amp power. Add $8.00 holiday rate. Additional child $5.00 Adult $8.00 (Children 3 or under free). Visitors $8.00 per person (no exceptions). Weekly special get the 7th night free.
There is a visitor fee 8.00 adult,5.00 child that includes the game room ,play ground, and pool.
Don't know about heated pool. But lots of things to do. Very family oriented
Yes ,we have tent sites on the creek. Only popups and small size campers can also camp in that area. Thanks Kathi Martin

Not there any longer. I've been told last week that the Campground is only open to Seasonal campers until spring.
