Target is the best store for just about everything - you can find quality clothes and food at a reasonable price. Target also has great houseware goods. I always check Target first.

In short, Target states what is and what is not returnable. I recently was given a hard time about the return of a product (within the return window and with receipt). Short of the long, the rep said he had to check with a supervisor on whether my product was returnable despite my receipt stating it was returnable. When the supervisor came by, he said. “Why wouldn’t this be returnable?” at which point the associate processed the return. Additionally, Target ‘forgot’ to refund my money on a prior return a few months back. I had to call Target who redirected me to Red Card who redirected me back to the store. When I got to the store, they said “call Red Card.” 2.5 hrs just to get my money back. Ridiculous.

Today, I found how conveniently#Target employees lie to their customers when it comes to providing a refund. I bought 3-bags but none of them were good for traveling purpose. So I returned them today. But they returned only two of them and refused to provide refund for the third one. Shawny said she could only refund with my ID and I’ll be receiving refund on a merchandise card. But when she did the return, the system wasn’t allowing to refund on the merchandise card. It clearly asks to scan the item and next step asks what’s wrong with the item. But Shawny was searching her blond colleague. Later, I asked for the manager. Shanna came and said the same thing. It’s funny when I saw the screen and it clearly gives the option ‘cash, credit, merchandise card’ and I touched the credit. But Shanna cancelled it. She was so embarrassed that she asked me not to touch the screen. This is so ridiculous how #Target harasses customers racially. I used to like #Target but now they’re losing its standard. I often read news how much #Target is looking to have more security. I have even seen a Black woman carrying comforter and pillows in her hand while the security at Las Positas branch asks her if she has paid cause he didn’t see her with the stuff when she was entering the stores. The woman conveniently left the store and the security didn’t bother to go behind to check. I wonder if #Target encourages theft and deny returning items. Is that what #Target’s new plan?

Yes. Not a great selection but if you know the wineries and the grapes you like, you can get a drinkable bottle. You wont find the kind of selection a wine buff would look for. And they've opened a new "Wines and More" in the same shopping center.
