This is a very outdated hotel with small rooms and some of the staff was rude. We had an entire soccer team book their hotel to capacity and asked that they provide breakfast starting at 6:30 instead of 7:00 so our kids could eat prior to playing their early morning games. The hotel manager was able to accommodate this however upon arrival the waitress was exceptionally rude. She came to our table and asked where everyone else was, implying it was a problem for her that they may have had to open to just feed the 15 people present. She then continued her comments with the other server to the point some of our boys asked if they shouldn’t be there eating. I had to get up and tell her enough of the comments. Find another place to stay!

Right away the hotel will get your attention as it is very large, and uniquely built. The service however has been poor since I arrived. I asked at the front desk when we arrived if I could purchase a room upgrade which I was quickly told no. Clerk at the counter refused to look in the computer system. Later in the evening I went to the bar to get myself a drink, I arrived at 10 and sat down at the bar, and tried to order myself a drink where I was turned away by the manager who said they were closed. When I questioned about the half full room of customers who were enjoying their drinks he asked me to leave. I definitely have a bad taste in my mouth about the service and do not recommend staying at this hotel is you want good service.

Never been disappointed with this hotel. Wife and I have been coming here for years..it’s actually our little escape. Have always been treated extremely well, service in the lounge has always been great, and the restaurant is really good. Nice comfortable and non generic hotel. Decided to stay a night for our anniversary, and there was champagne and snack tray waiting. I have traveled a lot and this is a hidden gem.

I only stay within IHG properties when I travel, and I expected so much more from a Crowne Plaza- this hotel is the worst. Unfriendly staff to start off!! Not to mention, my emails and phone calls went un returned, until I finally received a cut and paste response from their "Director of Operations". It is a huge disservice to the customers, when my concerns should have been addressed instead of coming to this review. The hotel is old and dated, poor layout. Smells musty. One elevator and scary dirty unmaintained stair wells. The pool actually belongs to the fitness club next door and let me tell you it is nothing like the pictures. I reserved a room with 2 queens and we got 2 doubles. The vent in our room had a constant buzzing that we had to get ear plugs for the night. They have floral scent filters in their rooms to mask the musty old smell and we had to keep the window open our entire stay as to not become overwhelmed with the fragrance Due to a convention the front desk staff could do nothing for me to fix these issues and also had to park on the street and walk to a terribly located entrance in the dark. NEVER EVER WOULD I COME BACK OR RECCOMEND THIS PROPERTY TO ANYONE!!

I'm not sure but I would contact crown plaza and see if they can help you out.
I found my room to be very clean, in spite of the"older" feel of the property.
There are some packages that do include breakfast but not all rooms include it.
I do not know ,I was there for a business trip
