We lived here at 1009 Westford for 5 years and only just moved away to find a quieter life away from the city - the staff did an excellent job of maintaining the property and was always responsive. We never had any problems with the office. The few times we had family emergencies the office was always there to help us and was patient and understanding. I would definitely recommend these apartments. Working with Jen in the office was always a pleasure!

We collect the first month's rent and a deposit before you move in. We do not collect the last month's rent.
Unfortunately, we do not have BBQ grills available on-site at this time. However, there are some wonderful parks in the area where grilling is allowed.
Deliveries/packages can be sent directly to the leasing office if you will not be home at the time of delivery.
All of the apartments are cable-ready. Xfinity is the local cable provider. Residents are responsible for their own internet service.
While we do not currently have valet trash service or dedicated recycling, there are trash receptacles located throughout the community for residents to use.
We provide 1 permit per license leaseholder with a maximum of 2 permits for parking. The vehicle must be registered in the name of the current leaseholder. Guest parking passes can be issued by the leasing office during business hours.

The apartments were built in 1972. There are ongoing renovations to the apartments and community throughout the year to keep it up-to-date.
Apartments are equipped with GE appliances including an electric stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Sinks have garbage disposals. Apartments do not come with built-in microwaves.
