Wanted an item they were out of stock and was told almost 2 weeks. I would think any item that the last one was on the shelf would trigger something in the system to order more so you could tell a customer the last one sold but a shipment is due in by tomorrow if you want we can call you when it's ready.

Danielle I don't think they have one, every time I have called I just have to wait for someone to answer and transfer me not unless you have a business card with an employee's name and extension on it.
They have a phone system thats set up that when you call you actually call a hub store (thats usually what you're waiting on) so that smaller locations such as this one doesn't get flooded with phone calls due to its limited staffing
