They have a phone system thats set up that when you call you actually call a hub store (thats usually what you're waiting on) so that smaller locations such as this one doesn't get flooded with phone calls due to its limited staffing
They have wonderful customer service so they probably were very busy I'm thinking.I hope you were able to get through.
