Working with Lexel Moving - particularly Jose, Andres, Santiago and Alex - was a dream! From quote to move, the whole experience was professional and efficient. Alex was clear and responsive with working on the pre-logistics of the move and Jose, Andres and Santiago were true lifesavers on the day of the move with clear communication, professionalism, friendliness and punctuality. I had packed my own things and I feel everything was handled with lots of care by the team - not a single item was scratched, chipped, cracked, etc. Even with this, the movers were in and out in less than an hour (for studio apt) on each end. I don't know how they are so detail-oriented yet efficient but I would not hesitate to move with Lexel again. Fair and competitive pricing and worth every dollar for a long-distance move MA to NYC (narrow road parking and a 4th floor walk-up in the latter and all). Thank you for taking the headache out of moving! If you're looking to book movers, look no farther.
