Editing my previous 5 star rating .....Sadly this place has gone downhill. Staff used to go above and beyond but they've all left, appears to be new managent, now every interaction is painfully terrible. From here on out its FedEx for me !

Never ever will I go to this store again. Doing an Amazon return, I waited 20 minutes. The line built up 15 deep. Incompetent waste of time. Use any other option

I brought 4 packages to this store for returns to Amazon. They scanned 3 but needed to charge me for packaging for the 4th. I wasn’t prepared to pay for the packaging so I told the clerk to cancel everything and I’d come back later and return all 4. When I returned, Alexis (the manager?) told me since 3 were already scanned they couldn’t print labels and therefore couldn’t return them to Amazon. She said the clerk should have take the 3 that he scanned the day before. I now had to call Amazon and have them re-issue new labels that could be scanned. I told her that, since it was their mistake, there had to be something they could do so I wouldn’t have to return a 3rd time. She copped an attitude and raised her voice to me. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TERRIBLE TRAINING OF EMPLOYEES!!! AND SHE’S THE MANAGER!! I’LL NEVER RETURN TO THIS STORE!!!!!!!!
