Small facility compared to other Y's, but they were accommodating for a kids birthday party. Pool is large. Multiple locker rooms, including a family one.

Ask to to use both when get your day pass usually people just get a day pass to use the gym or pool

Based on my experience with the Smithfield YMCA, it is best to check their Facebook page and/or call for hours and schedules.
