Lots of shade, surprisingly quiet (given the apparent proximity to the highway), free WiFi, and super friendly staff. Do yourself a favor and take advantage of the on-site, all-you-can-eat pancake breakfast; it's only $5. The one downside: the bathhouse is a little rough; I give it a C-rating. The showers are divided by plastic curtains, which can be a bit weird, and the old adage "Flush early; Flush often" should apply to the toilets (one of the staff members indicated that they clog very easily). However, if you're headed to Cedar Point, this campground is just a quick 15-minute drive away.

Needs to be cleaned up! There is junk all over. They have two pools but one looks like it hasn't been cleaned. There were even kids swimming in it. The water only worked for half the campground. Restrooms and showers were not very clean. This campground needs some TLC. They do offer a cheap breakfast so that's a plus.

We rented a 4 person cabin with a/c and mini fridge. The cabin was clean and very cute. One full sized bed and a set of bunk beds. The showers were also clean and the water pressure is AMAZING. I would definitely stay there again!

Needs some updates bit not a bad place to camp. I feel bad giving only 3 stars because we didn’t have any real issues. We came, we camped, we left. The three stars are because of a few things though. 1. The swimming pool. There are two pools. One of which was green and unusable. The second, honestly, was a bit concerning. The concrete around the side of the pool is cracked. When my son stepped on it there definitely was some give to it. If this is on their list of things to fix, it should NOT be on a back burner. The kids still swam in the pool. They still had a blast. Also, the pole to hold onto to enter the stairs on the shallow end is a bit wobbly and should not be used for weight bearing. 2. The tent sites were very small, we were camping side-by-side with another family and it just wasn’t enough space. I felt bad when I realized that the single man camper who was at the lot next to ours had to figure out a way to put his tent up in HIS limited space that we unknowingly were in. He must have been pretty easy going because he didn’t say anything, it wasn’t until he packed up and left for the weekend that I realized what had happened. I don’t recommend it for tent camping. The little cabins are cute and while speaking to another camper (another mom by the pool) she said it was nice to have a mini-fridge and air conditioning. 3. The camp is RIGHT off of the highway and surprisingly the noise of the highway wasn’t too bad until you randomly heard someone on a Harley accelerating. I was also on the further end away from the highway too. So others may have a different experience. It seemed to be a struggle for some RV campers with fifth-wheel RVs because of how tight it is. The trees are lovely for shade and hearing the breeze rustle though the leaves, but it also raised challenges for maneuverability. I suppose that is something everyone would have to consider if they do RV camping. All of the RVs managed to get into their spots though, just make sure your driver is experienced in doing so. This camp did meet our needs to have a place to stay while we spent most of our time in Put In Bay. But I wouldn’t consider it as a destination. Kind of like, when you stay at a hotel and the kids want to do stuff in the hotel, but that’s not what we were there for. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the giant playscape. That was a win. The giant chess game was cool too but since the dads were cooking, they played their own chess game at the site. If we needed to we would stay here again, but I would definitely request the pool be updated for safety concerns. All that to say, we did enjoy our stay and the staff was friendly and helpful.

It depends on how many people you have in cabin for me I pay $114.00 for cabin for 5 people
I think it's around $65 per person, per night. Or close to it. Depending on demand and stuff
I think they might up by the front bath house, by where they have the pancake breakfast
There is a grill behind the cabin yes
There's a fee for pets, and I think they have a certain few cabins specifically for animals. Im not 100% sure but I think the fee if $50
I've never ran into the owner. What happened?
