I have never seen such a fiasco in my whole life. I went to court with my girlfriend because She had to go for her sons welfare and wellbeing because it was “ Impossible to deal with her son’s father. who in my opinion is a Narcissist and a Bully. Case in point The 1st judge saw him for who he was. Because he has four restraining orders from four different women. This judge was not going to allow him to lie and bully anyone. . But then he retired , and Judge Jacobs took the case and he got supervised visits with his son which he refused to go and then yelled out in the middle of court while walking out without permission.” That he was going to the media! “That’s when everything went down hill , Judge Jacobs Cater to him every step of the way and didn’t care about the truth. He lied with (False allegations)& (Parental coaching) Then he took his son out of his original Doctors of 7 years and an excellent schools system with lots of friends, And his Original psychiatrist. Just to switch to put him in “The system.” And a school surrounded by projects / low income housing. Not safe environment. My opinion. Also I feel she wasn’t worried with all the monies (States dime) he wasted with court costs, fees, Emergency room visits, Doctors exams, police, psychiatrists,, and An Ark attorney $$$ ,ect.. He threatened my girlfriend that their son would go to a foster home! That they would both lose him!! And that he would turn their son against her. If you listen to the whole court proceeding you would see for yourself it was A kangaroo court, at my stepson expense! And my step son is such a smart caring, outgoing , and such a friendly loving kid! So anyway his dad dressed like a bum and brought his buddies to court he did this to try to imitate me/us. Then he told her (Judge)he works under the table while he’s on disability. So yes, Judge Jacobs is for whoever is the most Loudest, bullyish and biggest believable lier. In my opinion. I do believe that fathers should have rights , I am a Dad myself. but this guy is ruining it for good dad’s and Manipulating the system (Actions speak louder than words!) The (Judge) did not have her sons best interest in my opinion. This was Such Gross negligence! I also believe location is everything! And he knew he was Not going to be accountable for having a 7 yr old lie. You can Request to change judges and location, You have the right! This is all based on my opinion and maybe you would have a different experience, Good luck! And Godspeed!

Have been following a guardianship case for my son for three years now. If they don’t send the forms/letter back for one thing, then it’s another. So tiring and time wasting. Very incompetent and unprofessional. It’s disgusting. If there was 0 stars, then that’s what they deserve.
