The only reason I am giving 3 stars is bc of Angel the Sales Rep we worked with. She was very polite and professional. My fiance applied online and got numerous calls back saying he had been pre-approved for financing. We don't have the best credit so we were doubtful. He called back and spoke with Jody who informed us that a bank was willing to work with us and that with the money we make she was 90% sure it would be $0 down. We live an hour away and we decided to go bc of the information we were given. Once there we were informed that they don't pull credit score for the online application and we needed a co-signer or 2,700 down. I feel we were mislead just to get us there and I absolutely did not appreciate it.
