Your not the only one I was promised several things in writing which none were fulfilled. tried calling several times and get brushed off like it's not important everytime they ran a special in october making promises they didn't intend on keeping just to draw business to the dealership. Actually I believe that is false advertising maybe I should get a lawyer

Yes they lied about everything added stuff that wasn't asked for when told that wasn't as promised you no longer exist and the finance lady will be smart with you because she knows what she did. Brought it up to the manager that set the payment just 2 days before and he wouldn't end the transaction that hasn't even went to the bank yet. And besides that you know longer exist anymore

People must realize, it starts at the car dealership; but it’s the lean holders, The Owner of the cars that’s telling them behind your back, What they expect & don’t want from the Buyer!!!

Are you speaking about Nissan of Shelby? Kinda how it works is: you come in to buy car, you pick one out, if you can afford it or your credit reflects the ability to finance it and terms and figures agree you sign to be extended credit so you can enjoy the vehicle now without having to come up with all the MONEY now, the added cost could be shakey credit, extra insurance called "gap" that you REALLY NEED because if you are in an accident that totals the car, then insurance may not pay the difference in what its worth vs what is owed. So gap insurance pays the difference. You get to go to another vehicle without the worry of having to pay for a vehicle you cant use. Maybe you can give a better description of what you experienced?
