We got here at 9:30 am for an 11 am unload. They are 11 hours behind! This place needs to worry about their staffing issues, whether it's better pay for their employees or better management, they really need to get their $#!+ together! This costs drivers so much when they're waiting and have committed to another load after this stop! UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!
