The bagels I buy, specifically the half and half, the pumpernickel and the mish mosh, don’t have the softer texture or have nearly the tasty flavor as in the past, under the prior management. Always considered #1 by me as a longtime customer and bagel lover, my personal rankings are now #1 Panera, #2 Bruegger’s, Bialy’s #3.

As a 50 plus year customer, can the management please figure out a better system to pick up bagels. Waiting outside in these frigid temperatures is hard to do. The bagels, 5 stars, delicious!

Rating one star because I can’t rate zero. My MIL thought these were the best bagels in town, but no more. She bought these yesterday and upon getting them home we found them hard and dry.
