They got my order partially right, I ordered a meal but apparently it wasn’t written down. At least the sandwich was correct with folded egg, not round. There has been some improvement there the last couple of years.

Terrible service. Rude staff. Consistently messes up every single order. Manager threw a bag of fries at my husband after they left out all of the fries on his first order. Pathetic excuse for a business. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

I ordered a fish sandwich meal. My sandwich clearly had sat under the light all day. The filet was hard as a brick when I bit into it. Very dissatisfied. If I hadn't got all the way home I would have taken it back.

slowest service in the area. this location has trouble with special requests. drive thru line always takes anywhere from 5 to 30 minutes to order and another 5-10 minutes to get your order. they often request you to pull up front into a parking space to have you get your food off the clock but then get the order wrong in some way. ive had employees take up arguing, ive witnessed threats lobbed by employees to customers, & ive even gotten the silent treatment (been ghosted in the inside line (ordered, paid, never received the food, no one would pay attention after waiting for 35 minutes)) i realize many of my experiences such as waiting time are just facts of life but it's the general attitude of employees here which is a major problem at this location. maybe there are poor training or maybe there is just poor morale but this location requires help.
