It was very busy only had one cashier working. After the line was looping she did call out for help and the it was two cashier.

I brought in an item to exchange and the cashier threw my stuff around, knocked my bag on the floor and charged me for the item I was supposed to have gotten in the exchange. They took the other item though, so they got another 1.35 off me. Rude...RUDE behavior. Drive a little further to Mayfield or Shaker.
