Wonderful customer support specialists! They knew exactly where everything is and what I was looking for. Good to know the trio of women who worked on Wednesday 10/26/22 were friendly, kind and quick at closing time. Definitely going back again.

I don't see any difference between a clothing store and this book store. I mean customer service. It's lousy. At least the lady who answered me on the phone was not at all attentive to me. In fact, he even hung up on me. And all because he wanted him to tell me if they had the Catechism with the revision of paragraph # 2267. I told him that I wanted it in Spanish. She told me she couldn't check and And he hung up on me. That's why I said at the beginning, I don't see any difference between the staff of any store and the employees of a Christian store. It's a shame!. And to think that Amazon has it at the same price as them and without bothering to go to the store. Instead, you sit down and wait for them to bring it to your house. What life is!
