AVOID AT ALL COSTS. BUGS & MOLD IN UNITS. SEVERELY MISMANAGED. VERY CROOKED MANAGEMENT. VERY SCAMMY. MANY UPHAPPY RESIDENTS. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. DON'T WASTE YOUR RESOURCES. MUCH BETTER and SAFER RENTALS IN COUNTY AND NEIGHBORING COUNTIES. AVOID IF YOU VALUE YOURSELF AND YOUR DAILY LIVING.

Rolling green is extremely well managed by Kristen and Heidi. Management always keeps tenants up to date on everything going on throughout the property and is truly looking out for them. Having private balconies and private patios is my favorite part of life at rolling green especially during covid when leaving the house was limited. My roommates and I truly have no complaints about rolling green and it was a great space for us during college. (A bonus are the beautiful rolling green sunsets as well)

We loved Rolling Green. The two women that are in the office 24/7. Kristin and Heidi, are the best! They are so extremely helpful and nice. They were so good about being safe during Covid. They also had opportunities for vaccines and free meals for children under 18. The neighbors are nice and not loud at all. The laundry washer and dryer are in every apartment building. They are also good about fixing things immediately in your apartment if you have a problem. There’s an app that you get on your phone that keeps you updated about everything going on. There’s also a pool. So many fun memories in this apartment that I will definitely miss. I definitely would recommend for people that are looking for an apartment. Also if you’re on the second floor, you get a nice balcony !
