I have been to GameStop 3 times in the past month trying to trade in a Xbox One Console. The first time I waited in line for almost 1 hour and then when I got up to the register they told me it takes to long to trade a console and that “we close in a hour so you will have to come back. The next time I went to game stop I called ahead of time to MAKE SURE everything is ok and they said it was. When I went to the GameStop at 5pm I was told that they didn’t have enough cash in the register to trade in a single video game console in a GAMESTOP. And today I called again trying to make sure I don’t waste my time again driving all the way there and I called again and they told me today that they still don’t have enough money to trade in my console and they best part was they don’t know when they will have enough money either Worst GameStop in New England. Closing the Putnam GameStop was a mistake compared to what they left us with. If you have the option to go to GameStop don’t go to the one in killingly. Honestly take the long car ride and go to the one in Sturbridge it will honestly probably save you time or headaches
