I have used CPP on four major projects for our Chatham home in the last two years. Each and every one of them was done expertly with high quality and attention to detail: 1)remove ALL old windows and replace with new energy efficient windows 2) re-side the entire house and replace all exterior trim (and window trim) with Azek...no more rotted wood in my house 3) completely renovate a large bathroom and a small bathroom (tile throughout, new cabinetry, plumbing and fixtures 4) replace kitchen counters with quartz, new sinks, faucets etc. Boris and his team work hard and don't cut corners (unless of course the carpentry calls for it...in which case it is done right). In these times of supply chain issues, Boris and his crew put in the extra effort to be sure the projects were done on time before the summer season...not an easy feat. If Boris found any issues with the workmanship, he would be sure it was attended to. They took extra steps to keep the dust and debris from permeating the house and cleaned up afterward. I am very pleased with the work, the quality and good value. Boris is easy to work with. We have more projects to be done and we will rely on CPP to do it.
