Store employees were super nice! The selection of dog food and treats is outstanding although they are tightly packed into a smaller store. They also have a vaccination clinic and styling salon for your pets! Will definitely shop for my pet at the store.

Tried to buy a feeder fish for my child and was told they wouldn't sell it to me bc I only had a gallon tank...a fish that is otherwise going to be food to other fish. Not to mention the 10 dead ones already floating in their tank.

Horrible staff. I get times are tough right now with staffing but the behavior is reprehensible. I called to pick up an order curbside because one of the items was a 75 gallon fish tank. I was met with a bad attitude when I called. After that the person who loaded the tank into my suv left it sticking out so far off the back end that I couldn’t even close the door. When i went to get out to pull it up from the backseat I was told “it’s technically loaded, sorry.” She went back inside and I was left to try to move this thing by myself as someone who’s barely 5’2”. Thankfully a kind person in the parking lot offered to help me and was able to push it when I pulled it and got it in all the way. If you don’t like your job, find a new one. Don’t take it out on customers.
