Always a fun place to visit and see their great selection of instruments from acoustic to electric, sound gear, and stage options. Staff is super friendly and helpful.

Just walked out of this store. Went in to possibly buy an overdrive pedal. Was in there for almost an hour and not a single sales person approached me to see if I needed help with anything. They would avoid eye contact. The store was not busy at all!

A good place to buy an electric guitar. Ask for Jason. He’s very patience , knowledgeable. He recommended the best guitar for us and the price was great too.

Oh my heavens where do I start. This store is in complete chaos mode. Unlike the other Guitar Centers around the area this one needs a serious makeover with its staff and store. On this occasion I went to purchase a new amp, and use one of my existing amps as a trade. This was an event in itself the sales rep was visibly frustrated in working this trade right from the get-go. I understand trade value is low at this store, but I’m not in the habit of being beaten with the low ball stick. During the process the sales rep offered a 10% discount on the item, and then at the point of sale tried to pull back on the 10% as it was a used item. He became even more frustrated when he could not locate the sales tag, almost to the point as if he was ready to blame me in the removal of the tag. His frustration was being taken out on the Sales Register keyboard, it was taking a shellacking. In his defense, the store is woefully understaffed. I felt like I was certainly not a valued customer at this location, I will continue to shop at Guitar Center as it has been my go to store for musical equipment for over 30 years, but for crying out loud North Point Guitar Center, get it together. On the plus side though I did get to keep the 10% discount as I wasn’t going to back away from his offer, his mistake, not mine. However he did try to lay in the guilt trip and make me feel bad for the mistake he had made. If he had not been a little condescending in the early part of the transaction I would have let the 10% slide.

Social distancing , face mask required and hand sanitizer at the counters. Is some of precautions I can remember
You can check online if they have it, you will find a store locator and guitar center will send it to a location near you. I checked Alpharetta, they have several. And some used ones too!
You would have to call them it. Might at a certain location
