Very disappointing experience. I’ve been a chase member for years and this branch has forced me to reevaluate my banking needs. This branch does not answer the phone for customer calls and will consistently direct customers to corporate, who then direct you back to the local branch. This branch has failed to provide even the basic level of customer service and I would make sure to steer clear, especially for a business or commercial account.

Went in for a first time credit card app. Everything went smooth. Convenient location with parking.

I contacted Chase in September to try to open an account for my nonprofit. Because our nonprofit works in Central America, Chase had to go through an approval process to allow us to open the business account, despite the fact that we are a functioning 501(c)3. I was told the process could take a few weeks, and that I would be contacted when the account was open. I never received any contact, and tried to speak with Chase a few times over the next few months. I was always put on the run around at both the branch and at corporate. I just reached out to Chase again hoping to find out more information. I was told the account was opened, but because it was never funded, it was closed. Chase will not reopen the account for me unless I come in person to an office. As a teacher, I cannot give up class time at the end of the year to accommodate bank hours. Despite the fact that I have already come to a branch in person when I originally of the account, the manager at the chase bank off Howell Mill Road in Atlanta will not make an exception. It is wildly disrespectful of my time as a teacher, and also while he disrespectful of our tiny nonprofit. Chase was not made for small businesses, and they clearly do not care about nonprofits.

Very unprofessional, have been sending me emails for over a year to open a banking account with them. Once I finally come they have me waiting for over an hour. They don’t listen. They asked if I had an account with them I said yes a credit card. Then they took a customer before me. I had an appointment to get to so I left. Very unprofessional I’ll go to my regular bank to open another account or another company. It won’t be with them.

As far as I know it doesn't cost anything. I mean, when I opened mine I had an amount that I planned on depositing. There were no fees to open as I recollect.
