ATM (Wells Fargo Bank)

After Hours deposit at ATM is CONSISTENTLY OUT OF ORDER!! Unable to make cash deposits at the atm on most days after the bank closes. I have been banking with Wells Fargo for over 20 years. I've lived near this location for almost 5 years. In the last few years, this issue at this bank has been terrible. I once spoke with the manager about the matter and he said it was due to other people putting coins in the deposit mechanism......which is so sad. That there are people in this world with such a lack intelligence or respect. The manger said the matter would be resolved and the machine would be fixed. And it was - for a little while. However its back to not working. And in addition to this review, I've sent out a formal complaint to Wells Fargo. Hopefully something will change. Besides that being an issue, the staff, and the other services of this location are just fine.

LIV ONSUNDAY

The customer service at this location is very poor. I have come here three times in the last two months and each time they turn you away because it is appointment only. The reason behind it being appointment only is that they only have one banker working at a time. This is so disheartening because as I drive down the street there are so many people, thousands of people in Atlanta Georgia, without a job. Please hire some bankers. It is hard for me and other people who do work every day to formally make an appointment. Please do better.

At this location tellers are great but personal bankers need to work on their customer service and acknowledging people waiting in the lobby. Wanted to sign up for another service but one banker was on a personal call and the other one was too busy on his computer when the teller asked if he was available. I'm going back to the branch on my side of town!

Staying nearby, visiting from out of town, I stepped in to this branch to find out if they could arrange for a wire transfer to a third party that I could not do via the web. Although it turned out not to be necessary to make the transaction, it is important to say that within three minutes of my walking through the door I was approached by two different people to find out if I had been helped, in the second case by the branch manager who was clearly busy with someone else. In light of other reviews (no doubt fully justified at the time), I feel it important to make a note that service at this branch seems to be excellent now.
