Visited for the first time and was informed this location doesn't use the App (for those that prefer contactless service) and they only had one self-service station available for card transactions (the other one was broken). I didn't notice any sanitizing stations either which was worrying with Covid & now Monkeypox spreading in the community.

I'm tired of being harassed by the one worker! Always asking for tips! Then today he's telling me not to come back n**%#% , then glades a wad of$20's in his car. Tells me to go to another laundry service that washes and folds. He's the only one and today was the last. What because I'm white is this why he asks, I'm doing laundry from homeless men without income at a nonprofit. He gets paid, I do this for those in need! He should be fired! If there was to be tips put up a tip jar for all the employees to split!

Every time I come here it’s something. This time I bring my laundry for wash, dry, fold to be picked up tomorrow & was told by the young man that seemed to not have a great attitude that he wasn’t taking any more orders. I told him I didn’t need it til tomorrow he said he’ll take it tomorrow. If you’re going to have specials maybe have staff that are more likely to provide good customer service because this young man did not provide that.

Older gentleman associate super friendly. Facility is always clean and operational. -1 star because the card system CAN be frustrating and if you don't use the card for a while it becomes inoperable and you have to get a manger involved. Find out later this week what that solution looks like. :(

The washers range from 2.90 to 8.40, prices change when using the hot setting. The washers also have larger capacities, meaning the largest washer holds 4-6 average baskets in each washer. The dryers range from 1.35 to about 2.50, the process for the dryers do not change on hot setting. The 2.50 dryer is capable of holding all of the clothing from the 8.40 washer. I've heard from other guests that each huebsch location has its own prices. Apparently there is one down Martin Luther king that has the big load for 13.00 instead of the 8.40 on Oak. Not sure how true that is but bares noting in case you go to another location expecting same prices. You may be out of luck or happily surprised. Oak location is now open 24 hours and they have free wifi.

4.95 for a regular wash. It depends on how much clothes you have. It's higher for bigger washer. I have not wash there in a year.
