Jason and The Truck Center is just amazing for service...I Have No Other Reason To Take My Dodge Anywhere Other Than This Wonderful Dodge Service Center. Communication is clear throughout the whole process and prices are better than any local mechanic who you think can get it done cheaper. Don't hesitate to have this service center work on any of your car needs..They will treat it like their own. Thank you again for all that you do and I look forward to working with you all in the future.💪🏿☀️🏝

I’m very displeased with the service I received. I dropped my truck off due to a cam lift issue on 12/10. I received the run around from both the dealership and my warranty company. It took the dealership 2 months to tear the vehicle down because they didn’t want to even though that was requirement of the warranty company. I constantly had to come to the truck center to get an update and each time it was the same thing-nothing. The excuses I received were that workers were out and other issues. The initial person that was helping us ended up moving to a different department and we received someone new who was helping us. The new person apologized and let us know that my truck shouldn’t have even been there as long as it was, and that it got caught in the transition of the truck center switching over. Communication did improve with the new person handling my file. I received a new engine and the work was finally done 4/1. I went to go pick up my vehicle and we were charged for a different rate of $135/hr when the first person told us labor was $125/hr. I bought the truck home on 4/4 only to notice that my hitch on the back was gone and my oil pressure light was on. I received an oil change in December which was the reason I knew what was wrong with the car because the person that did my oil change informed me of the cam issue. Now I receive my car back and I have no oil. I spent $2700 to get a new engine put in and I’m still unable to drive it because the proper steps were not taken to put the oil back. I have been more than understanding and patient during this 4 month period however I feel like I got ripped off and I’m not happy at all. The amount of money I had to spend while my truck was in the shop was already a headache but having to pay for services and I’m still not able to drive my car is unacceptable.

The service department, especially Doug, take such great care of not only my car but me as well. I have bought my last 4 jeeps from Pearson and I take my car i for oil changes and tire rotations and the are so quick to have it done. Great service team!

Chris wren was absolutely amazing to work with. Not pushy, honest and allowed us to browse across 6 different vehicles. His sales manager was polite, upfront and honest and worked to make a deal easy to understand and easy for Chris to deliver. Jeff the finance manager was awesome to work with and was not pushy! Gave us what we asked for and found wholesome solutions to products we may want. Best dealer experience I have had out of the 16 cars we have purchased over the years at various institutions. Highly recommend Pearson, especially Chris! Come to Pearson and get the Chris experience!!!

Questions & Answers

What is a good Dodge dealership? Looking for a Durango. I've been to Pearson twice and no one even came outside to acknowledge me.

Eobin, I haven't had any problems in the past with Pearson or really any dealership. With covid protocols, I've found sales personnel to be a bit more distant for safety reasons. I recommend setting an appointment online with the dealership first. If you're looking for the best absolute price, you're likely to get a better deal at Koons CDJR up in Tyson's Corner, but there's some trade offs to think about when buying a vehicle from a dealer a couple hours away. Good Luck!

We do work on 2004 Jeeps. I'm not familiar with car shield; however, one of our staff members would be happy to look into it. Please give one of our service advisors a call to discuss your vehicle issue and schedule an appointment.
